This guideline addresses the Taming the Beast quest chain from the point just in advance of Thotar will give you a taming Rod to get a Dire Mottled Boar in Razor Hill. Thotar will give you a number of three taming rods, each differs and permits you tame beasts in the subsequent order: Dire Mottled Boar, Surf Crawler and at last an Armored Scorpid.

After you have completed the taming Section of the Quest chain, you need to head to Orgrimmar and talk to Ormak Grimshot inside the Valley of Honor so that you can unlock your companion pet managing abilities: Tame Beast; Feed Pet; Revive Pet; and Beast Training.

Last but not least, remember to visit the Pet Trainer and grab the Pet skills that you will need to give find more to your pet.
